Membership supports us to maintain the website and other recurring expenses.
We accept Visa and MasterCard, Debit and Credit Cards, NetBanking as well as UPI payments.
Razorpay is our payment gateway provider.
As a member, you are automatically charged once a month on the date you signed up. Your subscription is charged at the beginning of your billing cycle and can take several days to appear on your account.
- Your billing date may be one day earlier or later due to time zone differences.
- If the day of your billing date does not occur in every month (for example, the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.
- If you pay for subscription through a third party, your subscription billing date may vary from your provider’s billing date.
Once your subscription for a month is expired, you will still have account access. However you will be presented with expiry message and renewal options on the restricted content page. Renew your monthly subscription by making a payment and kindly notify us so that your account is activated and restrictions removed.
Your Username is the email address provided when you first opened your account.
If you forgot your password, click Sign In and click Forgot Password. Enter your registered email id.
You’ll receive an email with instructions on resetting your password. You’ll be back online in no time!
Visit our website, after logging in, click My Account on the Dashboard you will find your Account Details and Address fields to update or remove.
