The LORD Exalts the Humble (1 Samuel 1:1–8)
1 அல்லேலுூயா, கர்த்தருடைய ஊழியக்காரரே, துதியுங்கள்; கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தைத் துதியுங்கள்.
1 Hallelujah! Give praise, O servants of the LORD; praise the name of the LORD.
1 அல்லேலூயா! ஆண்டவரின் ஊழியர்களே, அவரைப் புகழுங்கள். அவரது பெயரைப் போற்றுங்கள்.
2 இதுமுதல் என்றென்றைக்கும் கர்த்தருடைய நாமம் ஸ்தோத்திரிக்கப்படக்கடவது.
2 Blessed be the name of the LORD both now and forevermore.
2 ஆண்டவரது பெயர் வாழ்த்தப்பெறுவதாக! இப்பொழுதும் எப்பொழுதும் வாழ்த்தப்பெறுவதாக!
3 சூரியன் உதிக்கும் திசைதொடங்கி, அஸ்தமிக்கும் திசைமட்டும் கர்த்தருடைய நாமம் துதிக்கப்படுவதாக.
3 From where the sun rises to where it sets, the name of the LORD is praised.
3 கீழ்த்திசை முதல் மேற்றிசைவரை ஆண்டவரது பெயர் போற்றப்படுவதாக!
4 கர்த்தர் எல்லா ஜாதிகள்மேலும் உயர்ந்தவர்; அவருடைய மகிமை வானங்களுக்கு மேலானது.
4 The LORD is exalted over all the nations, His glory above the heavens.
4 மக்களினங்கள் அனைத்திற்கும் ஆண்டவர் மேலானவர்; வானங்களையும்விட உயர்ந்து அவரது மாட்சி.
5 உன்னதங்களில் வாசம்பண்ணுகிற நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குச் சமானமானவர் யார்?
5 Who is like the LORD our God, the One enthroned on high?
5 நம் கடவுளாகிய ஆண்டவருக்கு நிகர் யார்? அவர்போல வானளாவிய உயரத்தில் வீற்றிருப்பவர் யார்?
6 அவர் வானத்திலும் பூமியிலுமுள்ளவைகளைப் பார்க்கும்படி தம்மைத் தாழ்த்துகிறார்.
6 He humbles Himself to behold the heavens and the earth.
6 அவர் வானத்தையும் வையகத்தையும் குனிந்து பார்க்கின்றார்;
7 அவர் சிறியவனைப் புழுதியிலிருந்து தூக்கிவிடுகிறார், எளியவனைக் குப்பையிலிருந்து உயர்த்துகிறார்.
7 He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the dump
7 ஏழைகளைத் தூசியிலிருந்து அவர் தூக்கி நிறுத்துகின்றார்; வறியரைக் குப்பை மேட்டிலிருந்து கைதூக்கி விடுகின்றார்;
8 அவனைப் பிரபுக்களோடும், தமது ஜனத்தின் அதிபதிகளோடும் உட்காரப்பண்ணுகிறார்.
8 to seat them with nobles, with the princes of His people.
8 உயர்குடி மக்களிடையே – § தம் மக்களுள் உயர்குடி மக்களிடையே – அவர்களை அமரச் செய்கின்றார்.
9 மலடியைச் சந்தோஷமான பிள்ளைத்தாய்ச்சியாக்கி வீட்டிலே குடியிருக்கப்பண்ணுகிறார். அல்லேலுூயா.
9 He settles the barren woman in her home as a joyful mother to her children. Hallelujah!
9 மலடியை அவள் இல்லத்தில் வாழ வைக்கின்றார்; தாய்மைப்பேறு பெற்று மகிழுமாறு அவளுக்கு அருள்கின்றார். அல்லேலூயா!
